The PACT web site was launched at the Pentecost Service in the Square, Petersfield on Sunday 31 May and is already featuring well in Google searches. It can be found on page 1 of Google when using at least five different search terms and therefore qualifies to be displayed as the SiteWeave web site of the month for July.PACT is an organisation that supports the 11 churches and some 22 charitable organisations in Petersfield and surrounding area. The web site is designed to provide brief information about each organisation with links to further details as appropriate.
A key feature of the site is use of email. Everyone interested in the activities of a church or other organisation can subscribe via the web site and then receive an email whenever a new event is planned and also when there is some information about events once they have taken place.
The PACT web site was written by SiteWeave and will be updated by SiteWeave partner, John Studd who is a member of Petersfield Christian Fellowship (PCF) - one of the PACT churches.
